Program Goals - to maximize the students practice and playing time by identifying what is keeping the student from
progressing and fix or eliminate those problems; fill in missing elements and to identify what the student is doing right
and maximize the benefits gained from those in all aspects of musicianship.

This is an open ended program with set goals.  Once the goals are reached in each area, the
program is complete.  I review the goals with each student and will make adjustments to them as necessary to meet
their needs based on what is holding them back and the direction they want to take after this program is complete.

It is unfortunate that poor music instruction exist, but it does.  From teachers with no training or experience to snippets
on the internet to free YouTube videos, and DVD's for sale claiming to teach you to play at lightning speeds in 6 weeks,
it is all over the place.  The cold hard truth is that there are elements of superior playing and superior musicianship.
 A high level of proficiency must be achieved in each of these elements to become a great player.  I will ensure you know exactly how to progress in each area
 and overcome each obstacle along the way.
